Golf Outing

As an added feature for the Griffin High Reunion one of our local golfers is putting together a golf outing on the morning of Friday, May 28. This year's golf event will be a Black Bear Golf Club just North of Delhi, LA. It is a beautiful course and should be a fun and challenging day of golf for all who attend. Black Bear Golf course was recently ranked the best public course in the state of Louisiana.

Black Bear Golf Club is located about 6.7 miles north of Delhi, LA on Hwy 17, then turn at the Audubon Golf Trail sign.

Glenn will reserve a block of Tee Times starting at 8:30 am, but you need to contact him soon. Rates are:

GREEN FEES with Cart, and Range Balls included
(8% tax to be added to all fees)

Weekdays (Mon – Fri) = $37.00

Twilight (3:00pm) = $27.00
Seniors (60+, Mon - Thrs) = $33.75
Juniors (In High School) = $27.00

Griffin Reunion Comments

May 23-25,2008 will go down in history as one of the greatest achievements of our time.
We were truly blessed to see so many of our schoolmates once again. The fellowship was
great, the activities were outstanding and the food delectable. Nothing can compare to the
"Love" that has kept us glued together as a unit throughout the years.
